Our process is simple; we work with the client to understand their requirements and expectations throughout the winter season. A site analysis and a walk through with a company representative allow us to understand how we will build our snow response plan. RMF will identify hazard areas, traffic patterns, hours of operation, where to pile snow, walkways to be cleared, and what type of equipment and crew to use which will allow us to react to an event fast and effectively. A site plan is created for the customer and our crew so communication is clear as to how we will react on any given event. This allows us to plan for the event approaching and the post storm monitoring to ensure our customers have clean, safe and accessible grounds for their business to operate.
Utilizing equipment and technology throughout our snow management is one of the keys to our success. Our equipment includes CAT loaders, track loaders, tractors, salt spreaders, and multiple trucks and plows. We assess each property and allocate the appropriate equipment and labour to ensure our service exceeds all expectations. RMF also uses GPS tracking in all of our vehicles to provide up-to-the-minute knowledge of where our crews are and where they are going, a full paperless system that allows our information to be instantaneous.
